1.Our Commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse, shop, and enjoy Story Home Decor. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level, which is the standard many organizations use to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our site as we add new features and fix issues as we find them.

2.What We Do

Across the site, we aim to:

• Use clear, semantic HTML and set the page language so screen readers work well.
• Provide text descriptions for product images.
• Support full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
• Keep text and background colors at a readable contrast.
• Label every form field so it is clear what to enter.
• Respect your device setting for reduced motion.

3.Motion and 3D Product Viewers

Some product and room pages include interactive 3D viewers and animated scenes. We know motion can be uncomfortable for some people, so:

• If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, our animated scenes render in a still, finished state instead of moving.
• The 3D viewers are a visual extra. Every product also has written descriptions, dimensions, materials, and standard photos, so you never need the 3D viewer to understand what you are buying.

4.Known Limitations

We are honest about where we still have work to do. We are actively improving these areas:

• The interactive 3D canvas viewers cannot be fully explored with a screen reader. We provide text alternatives through product descriptions and specifications so the same information is available to everyone.
• A few older pages may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion. If you run into a barrier, please tell us and we will prioritize a fix.
