All products are designed and 3D printed in our Austin, Texas workshop from imported materials. Every piece is made in-house, from digital design to finished product.

Since every item is made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. After that, Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days ($8.99, or free on orders over $75) and Express shipping takes 2-3 business days ($14.95).

We offer a 30-day return policy on standard catalog items that are unused and in their original packaging, plus free exchanges within 30 days. Custom-configured and personalized pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each product comes in multiple curated color variants that have been carefully selected to complement modern interiors. Simply select your preferred color on the product page. If you need a custom color for a large order, reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

Caring for your pieces is simple. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing items in direct sunlight for extended periods, as prolonged UV exposure can cause fading over time. Do not submerge in water or place in a dishwasher. With basic care, your pieces will look beautiful for years.
