Processing Time
Every item is 3D printed to order in our Austin, TX workshop. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. This made-to-order approach means zero waste and a product crafted specifically for you.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on standard catalog purchases. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom-configured and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — see our full Returns & Lost Packages policy for details. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@storyhomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether you want a different color or a different product entirely, we are happy to help. Contact support@storyhomedecor.com to arrange your exchange.
